Together We Care is a local dayhab for adults with intellectual disabilities that builds on their strengths and fosters an environment of creativity, friendship and independence. 

Lake Cities HOPE has partnered with 

Together We Care and makes monthly visits 

to read, serve food, and make themed

 crafts with our friends there!
